Hey there! My name is Macy, and I am the face behind Macy Sunshine Co!

With being a wedding planner, my main priority is to provide peace of mind, and a seamless execution of the big day.

Some things about me...

Hey there! My name is Macy and my four siblings and I were raised in Northern California. After getting an AS in Accounting and meeting my boyfriend, I moved to Montana in 2018 to support him with his

college career.

When moving to Montana I became a Pediatric Dental Assistant and for the last 6 years I have been educating and supporting parents and children, which has been so impactful and fun!

After 7 years together, Tiler and I got married in September of 2023, and I couldn’t be more proud to have him by my side.

I started doing wedding coordinating after discovering my fiery love and passion for all things, weddings! After my first wedding season, I knew, I was born to do this!

I am a bubbly, outgoing gal that thrives in social environments, as well as high stress situations. Being in the medical field has equipped me with the skills needed to be prepared to handle time management in the most efficient way possible.

My goal for each couple is to give them nothing but peace, tranquility and a seamless flow throughout their big day so they can focus on getting married!

A few things that are included when investing in a partial wedding planner...

Provide vendor recommendations; anyone I have worked with previously, vendors I am aware of that provide the services needed, or if you are struggling to find availability.
Can be CC'd and involved in conversations with vendors if they have questions about the timeline, or specific needs for their setup at the venue.
Discuss all the details and provide guidance throughout the decision making in all areas of your wedding planning; decorations, vendor arrival/departure times, the events desired to do on the wedding day, what to prioritize throughout planning, etc..
Unlimited text communication Monday - Friday if you have questions or need support.

A few things that are included when investing in a day of wedding coordinator...

Greet vendors as they arrive.
Usher guests throughout the wedding.
A custom timeline that includes each vendors arrival time, grand entrance, golden hour, ect..
Provide up to 10 hours of service.
Comes into the planning process 1 month before.
Have up to 2 pre-wedding consultations.
Help orchestrate events like the first touch, first looks, grand entrance, etc..
Communicate with the couple so they know how much time remains before each event throughout the day, and what is next.
Access to my emergency kit that has 80 items in it including..
